Method

  5. Arrange slices of turkey or ham over the peppers, covering the surface.
  6. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the fillings for a burst of freshness.
  7. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one edge, like a jelly roll, to form a compact log.
  8. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the rolled log into 1-inch thick pinwheels, revealing the colorful spirals.
