Method
 

  1. Measure out one cup of frozen mixed berries and pour them into the blender.
  2. Add one cup of milk and one tablespoon of honey to the blender with the berries.
  3. Secure the lid on the blender, then pulse or blend on medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth, thick, and evenly purple with no large berry chunks remaining.
  4. Stop the blender and observe the consistency; it should be creamy and pourable with a glossy appearance. If needed, blend for an additional 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra berries or a sprig of mint for presentation.
