Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed seeded and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice optional, enhances flavor
  • to taste Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Use a sharp knife and cutting board to dice the watermelon into small chunks for easier blending.
  2. Add the watermelon chunks to a blender, along with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth and homogeneous, with no visible fruit pieces.
  3. Pour the watermelon puree into ice pop molds, leaving about ΒΌ inch of space at the top of each mold for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid and firm.
  5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water briefly along the outside to loosen them.
  6. Serve immediately for a refreshing, icy treat that highlights the raw aroma and flavor of fresh watermelon.

Notes

Ensure the watermelon is fully frozen for easiest removal from molds. You can add mint or basil for added flavor complexity.
