Ingredients
  

  • Frozen pineapple chunks – 1 cup 150 grams: Adds tangy sweetness and tropical flavor

  • Coconut milk – 1 cup 240 ml: Creates smooth, creamy consistency
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon optional: Enhances sweetness if needed

Method
 

  1. Add frozen pineapple chunks to the blender
  2. Add frozen mango chunks
  3. Pour in coconut milk
  4. Add honey if using
  5. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds
  6. Stop and scrape sides if needed
  7. Blend again until completely smooth
  8. Check consistency and add more liquid if needed
  9. Pour into serving glass
  10. Serve immediately
