  • 4 cups watermelon cubes seedless, chilled
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Use a chef's knife and cutting board to chop the fresh mint leaves into coarse pieces.
