Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg watermelon seedless or de-seeded

  • Blender
  • Fine-mesh sieve or strainer
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Using a sharp knife and cutting board, peel and cut the watermelon into roughly 2-inch cubes, removing any rinds or seeds.
  2. Add the watermelon cubes into the blender jar.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Place a fine mesh strainer or sieve over a large bowl and pour the blended watermelon through it.
  5. Use a spoon or spatula to press the pulp, extracting as much liquid as possible. Discard or compost the remaining pulp.
  6. Pour the strained watermelon juice into glasses and serve immediately for a crisp, refreshing experience.
