Method
 

  1. Use a sharp knife and cutting board to cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes, removing any rind. Measure out approximately 4 cups of cubed watermelon flesh.

  2. Add the cubed watermelon into a blender. Pour in a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to enhance sweetness and flavor.

  4. If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing with a spatula to extract liquid while leaving pulp behind.
