  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice about 2-3 lemons
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the watermelon cubes into the blender jar, ensuring not to overfill. Secure the lid tightly.

  2. Blend the watermelon on high speed until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds. The mixture should be evenly blended without chunks.

  3. Strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer into a large jug or bowl, pressing gently with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.
