Ingredients
  

  • Paneer: 14 oz 400 g, cubed
  • Red bell pepper: 1 medium sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper: 1 medium sliced
  • Onion: 1 small sliced
  • Garlic: 3 cloves minced
  • Ginger: 1 inch grated
  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce or tamari: 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili flakes: ½ teaspoon optional
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon (optional adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
  4. Add onion and bell peppers and stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Return paneer to the pan.
  6. Add soy sauce and chili flakes.
  7. Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve warm.
