Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- Add onion and bell peppers and stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Return paneer to the pan.
- Add soy sauce and chili flakes.
- Stir well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
